Coffea arabica is a species of Coffea originally indigenous to the mountainous regions of Yemen and the forests of the southwestern highlands of Ethiopia, It is also known as the "coffee shrub of Arabia", "mountain coffee", or "arabica coffee". There are several varieties of coffee plant, but only two varieties are grown commercially: Arabica and Robusta. 100% Arabica is used to refer to coffee where the coffee bean blend has been formulated by the roasteing company without the addition of Robusta coffee beans. In other words...nothing but the best coffee!

Herbal tea, is anybeverage made from the infusion or decoction of herbs, spices, or other plant material in hot water, and usually does not contain caffeine. These drinks are distinguished from true teas (black, green, white, yellow, oolong, etc., which are prepared from the cured leaves of the tea plant, Camellia sinensis), as well as from decaffeinated tea, in which the caffeine has been removed. In many countries, the word 'tea' can only be used for leaves of Camellia sinensis and therefore the phrase 'herbal tea' cannot be used. These beverages are therefore labelled infusion or tisane. So here's to you and an Herbal Tea love affair!
